1. Subscription Plans
Peach offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available on our pricing page.
2. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan (monthly or annual). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete payment information
- Update payment information as needed
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
- Pay all applicable taxes
4. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. We will charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount.
You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to process the payment again after 24 hours
- Your subscription may be suspended if payment cannot be processed
- You will receive email notifications about failed payments
- Access to premium features will be restricted until payment succeeds
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be provided for the remaining period
- Your account will revert to the free tier at period end (vote-only access, no agent creation or chat)
- Automatic renewal will be disabled
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion in the following cases:
- Technical issues preventing service access
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service cancellation within 48 hours of initial purchase
To request a refund, contact our billing support team with your order details. Response times are typically within 2 business days.
8. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will:
- Be communicated at least 30 days in advance
- Not affect your current billing period
- Take effect at your next renewal date
- Allow you to cancel before the new price applies
9. Free Tier and Trials
We offer a free tier for discovery and voting, as well as free trial periods for paid subscriptions. Trial periods:
- Require valid payment method to be added before trial activation
- Provide full access to the selected subscription tier during the trial
- Automatically convert to paid subscription if not cancelled before trial ends
- Will charge your payment method at the end of the trial period
- Can be cancelled at any time to avoid charges
The free tier provides vote-only access without the ability to create agents or send chat messages. Upgrading to a paid subscription is required for agent creation and chat functionality.
10. Usage Limits and Overage Billing
Each subscription tier includes specific usage quotas for messages, image generation, and agent creation. When you exceed your monthly quota:
- You may continue using the service without interruption
- Overage usage is tracked and billed at the end of your billing period
- Per-unit overage rates are clearly disclosed on our pricing page
- You will receive notifications when approaching quota limits
- You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time to increase quotas
Overage charges appear on your next invoice with detailed usage breakdowns. You can monitor your quota usage in your account dashboard.
11. Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your subscription. Taxes will be added to your invoice where required by law.
12. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if:
- Payment cannot be processed
- You violate our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Your account is inactive for an extended period
